We have closed out the 2007 Virginia State H.O.G. Rally with record numbers. We had a chance to review the comments/surveys that were turned in and, without a doubt, we received “GREAT” comments on the vendors. I have also had a chance to speak with several of the vendors and they were “VERY” pleased at the turnout for the event and their sales.

Your services offered to our committee and the ease in working with you permitted our time to be spent in other areas to promote and manage our event.

All the effort and hard work you gave us in bringing in the vendors paid off for everyone. We look forward to having the vendors back for the 2008 Rally and look forward to working with you again!!!

Dear Kathy,

The Tennessee State Rally Committee and I would like to thank you so much for bringing such great vendors to our rally. The rally was a huge success and we have received rave reviews from the attendees. The vendors were mentioned in almost every compliment we have received thus far. Vendors are such a huge and key element to any rally for the success of the event. You not only brought a great number of vendors, they were also very high quality vendors. And, there were many different types of vendors as well so as to not have too many of one type. This lets the vendors make good money and it also allows the attendee to have a great selection of merchandise.

Thank you again for doing such a great job for us and let me know if I can ever assist you in giving a future prospect/rally, that is looking at you for your services, a reference. We will be using your services in 2004 and beyond.

The Executive Board of MountainFest Motorcycle Rally thanks you and your company for helping to make MountainFest a success. For a first year rally MountainFest was wildly successful with an attendance of 27,000 to 30,000. We all know vendors drive a rally and we could not have duplicated the quality of vendors Katancha provided. We were also pleased that all the vendors spoke so highly of your professionalism. Your skill showed with the mix of vendors and the lack of duplication. Everyone was happy and every vendor asked to be invited back for 2006.

Hi Kathy,  

Can you believe it's another year and we're getting ready to do it all over again?! I'm excited about the new format this year. I believe we will see a real increase in sales by being able to show “all” of our products rather than just GEL. We have our 4th rig this year and we're trying hard to work it out so we can do as many of your rally's as possible.

This year is our 5th one together, can you believe that. You have been great to work with, and I'm excited for you that you now have someone to help you out. J.T. seems to be a nice   guy, and I see the two of you making a great team.  

Out of all of the rally's we've done with you over these years, we've made money at each and every one. The new format should make it a real winner for all of us. Thanks for including us in you plans. If I can be of any help to you, just let me know.

On behalf of the 2005 Tennessee State H.O.G. Rally Committee, THANK YOU for your superb management of our vendor area. We simply could not produce an event at the level we desire without you and your staff.

As you know, our Committee and event staff are 100% volunteers. The services Katancha provides have relieved our volunteers of the time and labor intensive burden of vendor solicitation, local permitting and compliance administration, site set-up and refuse disposal. The vendor area has become one less thing we have to worry over. During Rally days, I know it will be professionally managed and everyone, even vendors, are treated as guests - a goal of the Tennessee State H.O.G. Rally.
